About Kornecopia Farm

Kornecopia Farm is a small, women-owned and largely women-operated farm located in the Vilas/Cove Creek area in Watauga County. Our utmost goal is to continue to build biologically rich soil and produce a variety of nutritionally-dense vegetables and herbs. We largely employ the help of current and former students interested in learning how to operate a regenerative farm, build soil, and produce medicine food (food with the nutrients our ancestors enjoyed). We know that when the soil is in balance, the food produced becomes medicine for the body, mind, and spirit, and we all have a better chance of attaining our potential as humans on this planet. We believe that this type of nourishment is everyone's birthright, and are committed to growing the highest quality food possible for our CSAs (Hospitality House and Watauga Medical) and local markets. We are chemical-free, Appalachian Grown, organic-in-practice, regenerative, low-till, biodynamic-in-practice, biologically focused, and low plastic use (production and packaging).
