Highland Park Local Market (HiLo) is a community-focused farmers market in Chattanooga designed to expand equitable access to fresh, local food while fostering meaningful neighborhood connection. Located at Montague Park, HiLo brings together farmers, food vendors, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations in one shared space (and in a park!). In addition to locally grown and prepared foods, the market integrates community resources such as food assistance, health services, and family support programs. By combining commerce with care, HiLo reimagines the traditional farmers market as a welcoming, inclusive hub where neighbors can hang out, access essential services, and support local businesses.
