Our small educational farm makes sustainably and locally harvested gourmet mushroom logs—and "How-to Grow Mushrooms" illustrated infographics—for the community to add to their home garden or forest! We offer shiitake, lion's mane, pink oyster, cold blue oyster, and hen of the wood varietals in tree types like oak, maple, and cherry.
