At Culture, we’re an elevated casual restaurant in Franklin, North Carolina centered around naturally fermented sourdough pizza, seasonal small plates, and an Aperitivo-inspired bar program. Our menu blends thoughtful technique with a relaxed atmosphere, with a strong focus on ingredient quality, hospitality, and supporting the farms and producers that make Western North Carolina unique. We proudly feature a variety of Appalachian Grown products and ingredients throughout our menu whenever possible, including locally sourced produce, eggs, herbs, mushrooms, meats, and specialty items from regional farms and producers.
