We grow mixed vegetables full time in season and part time (for our CSA) in the winter. Our quality produce is available to restaurants in Burnsville and Asheville April to October. Our online CSA is available in Celo and Burnsville at www.goldfinchgardens.com We grow on 2.5 acres in Celo and have 3 hoop houses. We use intensive, low till growing practices with a focus on sustainability Our farm is Certified Naturally Grown.
Members receive email on Tuesdays inviting them into webstore where items are selected. Pickup is on Friday evenings from Celo or Burnsville.
Pick-up is self serve from our stand at the customers convenience.

We consider our online farmstand a CSA. Members maintain a balance and then each week order what items they would like from our website and pick-up at our local food co-op. There is a $10 annual fee. Since all customers live and eat in our community and we feel supported, we are proud to consider our model a CSA.
