Against the Grain is a small diversified family farm specializing in a broad spectrum of certified Biodynamic and Organic vegetables, pasture pork, chicken, turkey and beef. We also grow sorghum for molasses. Find us at Watauga County Farmer's Market and King Street Farmer's Market (May-November), through our on-farm meat and veggie CSAs, Boone's Winter Farmer's Market (December-April), or contact the farm directly.

ATG veggie CSA is 20 weeks (June-Oct) with optional fall add-on weeks. Weekly pick up choice at the farm, High Country Food Hub, Erick's Wine and Cheese in Banner Elk or the Horn in the West in Boone. We offer a trade box at the farm and the Horn in the West drop sites. All of the vegetables come from our farm and are certified Biodynamic and Organic. ATG meat CSA sign ups are ongoing. We offer a pork and beef share and/or a chicken share. Pick up at the first farmer's market of each month, at the farm, or at the High Country Food Hub. All meat in the CSA is certified Animal Welfare Approved and is raised on pasture with GMO-free feed.
