Against the Grain is a small diversified family farm specializing in a broad spectrum of vegetables, pasture pork, chicken, turkey and beef. We also grow sorghum for molasses. Our vegetables and field crops are Certified Biodynamic and Organic. Our livestock is Animal Welfare Approved. Find us at Watauga County Farmer's Market (May-November), through our on-farm meat and veggie CSAs, Boone's Winter Farmer's Market (December-April), or contact the farm directly.

ATG veggie CSA is 20 weeks(June-Oct) with optional fall add-on weeks. Weekly pick up choice at the farm or the horn in the west in Boone. ATG meat CSA sign ups are ongoing.
