West End Bakery and Cafe serves weekend brunch, made from scratch soups, salads and sandwiches as well as a full line of whole grain breads, and pastries. Our all natural deli meats and chicken are humanely raised, hormone and antibiotic-free. We use local Carolina Ground flour in many of our breads and pastries.Our menu always includes items for people with special dietary restrictions such as gluten-free, dairy and egg-free selections. We serve brunch showcasing local sausage, local smoked trout, local eggs, and locally produced grits on Saturday and Sunday. Come and enjoy our exceptional service and relaxed family friendly atmosphere.
