We are a local food truck and catering company serving WNC and the surrounding areas. We specialize in southern gourmet sandwiches and snacks on our food truck, but also cater to all tastes. We strive to provide the highest quality ingredients for our food and we prepare them in such a way to tantalize your taste buds. We receive our local poultry from Joyce Farms, our local beef from Apple Brandy Farms and our pork from Heritage Farms Cheshire Pork. We get our produce from the WNC Farmers Market and Mountain Foods, making sure to only get NC grown produce whenever possible. We use Bracken Mountain Bakery for a variety of our breads and we always have a selection of local hot sauces from Fire Walker. You will also find that the only mustard on the truck is Lusty Monk. Our scratch made dishes made with all natural, fresh local products will be sure to keep you coming back!
