Foothills was founded in 2002 as a family farm. Today we offer 4 different food and beverage concepts that specialize in serving fresh, local foods and curated beverages. Our female-led, whole-animal butcher shop sources the very best local ingredients and uses time-honored, traditional processes to create our house selection of craft-made meats. You can always find a variety of beef, pork, and poultry, house-made charcuterie and deli meats, and a rotating range of classic and specialty sausages in our meat case. We pride ourselves on our creativity, authenticity, and stubborn commitment to the philosophy of whole animal utilization—like butcher shops of the olden days, nothing goes to waste.
