At Butterfly Cove, we grow elderberries and native medicinal plants. Sustainably, without pesticides. There is NO Ginseng on the property. In 2021, we will launch Classes at the Cove. An outdoor learning experience for those interested in understanding the medicinal value of plants and how to create their own salves, tinctures, etc. The farm is open to herbalists who do not have their own property, and can be used for outdoor classrooms for a fee.
