Our American-Chinese hybrid chestnut trees grow at 2,600 feet, nourished by pure artesian spring water—much like the days before the great 1904 chestnut blight. Our mission is to restore the sweet Appalachian delicacy our forefathers once cherished. Through our own USDA-funded research, we’ve perfected the art of curing chestnuts to their ideal state of flavor and texture. The result is what we believe to be the finest chestnuts available.
