Committed to supporting our local economy, we use local fruit jams, locally roasted coffee and tea, local brands of spices and salts in our delicious products. We also provide training and employment to bakers and support staff. We sell at the North Asheville Tailgate Market on Saturdays, year-round; and every other week at the Black Mountain Tailgate Market.
We have been going strong as a woman-owned business since 2008, founded by a mom who began creating gluten and dairy-free desserts for her children with food allergies.
