Our farm, founded in 1954, is an environmental stewardship award winner of The National Cattlemen's Beef Association. The farm's livestock practices are audited by the Global Animal Partnership and has achieved a Step 4 rating. Modern farming practices employed include rotational grazing, utilization of annual soil sampling, stream setbacks and cover crops planted on crop acreage. 867 acres are within a Conservation Easement held by The Land Trust for The Little Tennessee.
We raise and sell all natural beef products without antibiotics or growth hormones. Beef is aged appropriately to enhance flavor and tenderness and vacuum packed. Animals are raised in pastures with grass and hay, and free-choice access to our carefully designed rations of silage and grain, including vitamin and mineral supplements, pro-biotics and special supplements of cinnamon, garlic and kelp.
Wholesale and consumer-direct beef sales. Steer halves or quarters. Orders may be placed by telephone or in person at the "Farm Store" located onsite (open Monday thru Thursday 12-5 and Friday and Saturday 9 am - 5 pm).
