Intent on nurturing connections to the source of our food, we utilize cacao and other wholesome and local ingredients to create our pastries, ice cream, confections, and chocolates, which we serve at both the Chocolate Lounge in downtown Asheville and at our Chocolate Factory & Cafe in the Ramp Studios.
