Fiddlesticks Farm is a small, mama-owned market farm in Alexander, NC offering chemical-free produce and flowers year round! With a focus on sustainability we work with nature, protecting pollinators, soil and water in all we do. We grow a wide variety of produce, specializing in gorgeous salad blends, specialty and Asian greens year round. In the summer we offer an array of peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, beans, squash, okra, and fruits such as blueberries, figs and raspberries. Our weekly Farm Box subscriptions allow customers more flexibility than a traditional CSA; with month-to month commitments rather than an entire season and affordable delivery available for most locations in the Asheville area! Get in touch to learn more about our offerings and subscribe for your weekly farm box today!

Our CSA runs for 18 weeks from mid-May through the end of September. For each of those weeks you’ll receive a box filled with a variety of 8-10 fresh veggies, herbs, and fruit from Fiddlesticks Farm. The selection will rotate weekly depending on what is ripening on the farm, with the cornerstone of each box being a generous portion of salad mix and at least 2 kinds of bunching/cooking greens. This is a great way to support local agriculture and get to try new vegetables affordably--you’ll get more produce per dollar than if you bought it all separately at market! You can also add on pasture raised eggs or fresh floral bouquets to your CSA!
Pick up on the farm on Tuesdays or Fridays, or at one of our weekly markets. Delivery available within 5 miles of the farm for $5 per week, up to 10 miles from farm for $10 per week.
We're listed in ASAP's Wholesale Local Food Guide, ASAP's Farm to Business Trade Directory.
