We are a 300 acre farm in Greenback, TN, in the Foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains. We feature our grass fed and finished beef along with our robust vegetable CSA and non-gmo eggs from our free-range flock. Just this last year we finished construction on our new USDA Animal Harvest Facility. Allowing us to raise, graze and finish our beef all on our farm; as well as provide a much-needed amenity in custom animal harvesting for our other local farmers. All of our farm products can be found in our farm store, The Meetinghouse Market open daily or at our online store at bluestemhollow.com
