1/4 acre intensive mixed vegetable market garden within a 2 acre homestead in Weaverville, NC. We grow using no till methods, ecological/biological diversity, and permaculture design practices. Specializing in culinary produce including heirloom tomatoes, summer vegetables, root crops, salad greens, edible flowers, and herbs. I am a chef growing for myself and other chefs.
