We are a group of individuals opening a restaurant that have been committed to our sourcing and relationships with farms around Asheville. We are five partners, four of us are from Cucina 24 and one of us is a farmer. Over the past decade we have sourced the majority of our vegetables from both Gaining Ground Farm and The Culinary Gardener. Gaining Ground has the best herbs, garlic, taters, and tomatoes; to name a few things we get excited about as the seasons change, and The Culinary Gardener always inspires us by his variety of weekly crops; specifically: radicchios, brassicas, and celery.
