Foothills was founded in 2002 as a family farm. Today, we offer four different food and beverage concepts that specialize in serving fresh, local foods and curated beverages. Hell or High Water features dishes that celebrate seasonal ingredients from our local butcher shop and community farms. From small plates to shareable meals, every dish we create underscores our passion for high-quality, locally sourced food.
