Cúrate Bar de Tapas is a celebration of Spain's rich and lively culinary culture. Taste traditional dishes, served in classic tapas style along with an all-Spanish wine list. Proudly Michelin South recommended and James Beard Awarded! Cúrate is devoted to sustainable sourcing at every level of operations. The company follows a strict farm-to-table ethos, sourcing from local Western North Carolina farms, fisheries, and livestock farmers for our menu items. In addition, we make every effort to use compostable materials whenever available, and recycle or compost the majority of restaurant waste. This includes our cooking oils, which are recycled through Blue Ridge Biofuels.
