Fletcher Village Bakery is an artisan bakeshop brought to you by the owners of Flat Rock Village Bakery. We have a history of brick-oven baking and you may be familiar with our wood-fired pizzas and brick-oven breads. In Fletcher, you can find these brick oven breads, freshly baked from the oven in Flat Rock each morning.
At Fletcher Village Bakery we also offer handcrafted, artisan baked goods such as croissant, Danish, scones, bagels, cookies, brownies, cakes, granola, and more. All made from scratch daily, using the best local and organic ingredients available. We use only organic flour ,sugar and eggs, in our products. We support other local producers, including: Hickory Nut Gap meats, Stepp Farm berries, Carolina Ground flour, Pitch Pine Farms, Imladris Farms jams, and more.
We proudly serve Counter Culture Coffee. Offering drip coffee and espresso drinks daily.
Our cafe serves sandwiches all day, built on our house made breads, bagels, and croissants and using all natural meats. We serve soup early fall through spring, made with organic ingredients and homemade stocks. Our salads are always made with organic greens, and other fresh ingredients.
We want you to feel good about the food you eat, and you can do that our when you dine with us.
