Asheville City Market is a year-round outdoor market. January to March, shop a little later, from 10 am to 1 pm. Find all of your favorite vendors and local food products downtown each week, including fresh produce, meat, cheese, bread, pastries, and other artisan products!
ASAP opened Asheville City Market in 2008 to provide more opportunities for farmers, particularly those unable to access existing market options. The market also serves as a learning lab for ASAP to pilot new programs that can be replicated at other markets.
Asheville City Market participates in ASAP's Farm Fresh Produce Prescription and WNC Double SNAP Network.
