beeswax and butter is a micro bakery based in Asheville, NC, available by special order and at area farmers markets. We craft traditional pastries (macarons, stroopwafels, canelés, biscotti, profiteroles, and cookies) with a balanced sweetness . All our eggs, fruit, herbs, vegetables, honey, beeswax, and flour come from regional producers, most of whom we share time with at markets. When sourcing from without our bioregion, we prioritize organic production and ethical business practices. The best tasting desserts need simply be made with the best ingredients and an attention to detail. We love what we do and hope you can taste that.
