About Luminosa

Luminosa is a Modern Appalachian restaurant where Executive Chef Graham House, and Chef De Cuisine Sean McMullen express themselves through an Italian lens. They are dedicated to making everything in house using solely hyper-local/seasonal ingredients, the chefs do annual seed planning with many local farmers. The menu is ever evolving to keep up with the bountiful produce that is grown and foraged here in Appalachia. Partnering with The Chop Shop Butchery and Apple Brandy Beef allows them to operate a whole animal butchery program which gives the flexibility to have rotating cuts of meat and charcuterie as well.
